ABOUT JADE
Health and fitness have been a strong passion of mine for some time now. My interest peaked during year 12 when I began studying the Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Personal Training.
My own fitness journey began as a self-conscious teenager who felt like she had to look a certain way because that’s what everyone wanted. I would watch everything I ate and felt guilty about the size of my clothes, because of this I threw myself into the gym to ‘keep fit’. During this time, I found a love for exercise where noticed small changes in my body and I thrived off them. There is no better feeling than noticing a muscle you never knew you had or achieving those extra few reps or lifting that heavier weight for the first time! So here I am, once a self-conscious teenager afraid to gain weight, and now I want to build muscle, and the only way to build muscle is to eat well and fuel your body!
What taught me the most about fitness and exercise were the people around me. I had personal trainers offering me guidance when I asked for help and this is where I discovered the love for helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals. I am constantly inspired by those around me and the way they achieve their goals. My aim is to help my clients be the best version of themselves and be the helping hand to help them reach their goals.
I am currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science, whilst also studying extra courses so I can gain every piece of valuable information and give my absolute best to my clients.
